Du Liya and Beidou's wedding was a grand affair, with many guests in attendance.
Relatives from the Du family were there as well. Besides Zheng Duo and Zheng Zhuli, whom Qin Jiao had met before, Mr. Du's younger sister, Du Anni, had also come.
Du Anni was in her sixties but looked much younger. She took good care of herself and was a sharp dresser, making her look like a high-society woman in her forties or fifties.
Standing beside her was a very handsome foreign man, around the same age as Zheng Duo, holding her arm affectionately.
Shen Yi leaned in and whispered to Qin Jiao, "That's my grandaunt. The man with her is her new boyfriend."
Qin Jiao was taken aback. "Hasn't she already been married four times?"
"Yep. When the feelings are gone, they part amicably and she moves on to find new love."
Qin Jiao was shocked, and a little envious.
Looking at the grandaunt, and then at Du Liya, Qin Jiao remarked with a sigh, "The women in your family are all so impressive."
