Then one day, Yara Quincy suddenly appeared at her bedroom door. She was carrying a large pile of restorative health supplements and said with a reluctant look, "I bought these for you. When my brother gets back, don't tell him we fought."
Claire Sinclair glanced at the items Yara had brought, frowning. "What is this?"
"Can't you tell? I'm here to apologize."
"Apologize?"
Claire Sinclair raised an eyebrow. Even though the woman had brought a peace offering, she couldn't sense any sincerity from her.
With this in mind, Claire Sinclair said coolly, "Take them back. I don't accept your apology."
