"How is she?" the officer in charge of the interrogation asked the psychologist.
The psychologist shook his head and handed him the report. "I recommend she begin psychological treatment immediately. Her condition isn't too severe yet."
"Officer Grant, someone is here to post bail for the suspect."
A dozen or so minutes later, Elise Tate walked out of the police station, but her state of mind had completely changed.
She was no longer so quick to anger, nor was she acting erratically. Instead, she was remarkably calm.
Sean, who was waiting by the car, glanced at the person who had emerged safely and clapped Jenson Shelby on the shoulder. "Alright, my job is done. Remember to get her to a doctor soon."
