Xue Xingzhou looked at Xue Yue. "Coming over at this hour? What's up?"
Xue Yue smiled. "It's good news. You'll never guess. We have an apartment for you."
Zhang Qian gasped, exclaiming in surprise, "An apartment? Where did an apartment come from?"
Xue Xingzhou looked at Xue Yue, just as curious.
Xue Yue explained that He Lang had invested in Wang Hai's real estate business.
Xue Xingzhou raised an eyebrow. "Wang Hai is in Beijing City?"
"You know Wang Hai too, Brother?"
Xue Xingzhou smiled. "I do. I even bought a bicycle from him."
"The second-hand one?"
Xue Xingzhou nodded. "So he's out of the black market and into real estate now?"
"Yep. He Lang invested and got a few apartments out of it. He specifically saved one for you—a little over 1,300 square feet. He said he was worried you wouldn't take it, so he wanted me to be the one to ask."
Xue Xingzhou replied nonchalantly, "Of course we'll take it. Why wouldn't we? Why would I turn down such a great offer?"
