Jasmine Warren asked nervously, "Are you okay?"
"What could happen to me? What's this? We've only been apart for a minute, and you're already missing me?" Jason Lockwood said with a roguish grin as he pulled her into his embrace.
At his words, Jasmine Warren flushed, looking away awkwardly. "Who—who's missing you?" she denied hastily. "Don't be so conceited."
"Oh? So you weren't missing me..."
"Of course not!" 'Even though I was worried sick about him, I definitely wasn't *missing* him. I wish I never had to see him...'
Jason Lockwood sighed softly, pulling her flush against him and holding her tight. "What am I going to do?" he murmured. "I think I missed you."
"What does you missing me have to do with me? Jason Lockwood, what's gotten into you?" This sudden change in him left Jasmine Warren feeling completely thrown off.
