Gu Jiaojiao wasn't gone long before she returned.
She came inside and shut the door.
She was holding a few items of clothing in her hands.
"Sweet Girl, Xiao Yang, I made these for you a while ago. I was going to give them to you, but then the incident with the Lin Family happened."
"But now is a good time too. You can wear these tomorrow!"
She knew Sweet Girl and Xiao Yang didn't have any warm clothes, so these would be perfect!
Sweet Girl hadn't expected the clothes to be for her, and her eyes immediately welled up with tears.
The same went for Xiao Yang; his eyes welled up too.
Seeing that the two of them were on the verge of crying, Gu Jiaojiao reached out and ruffled their hair.
"Alright now, no crying."
"You should be happy to get new clothes."
"It's getting late, so you two should get some sleep. I've put the clothes on the bed."
