After ending the call, Zachary Redgrave went to his room to wash up and change clothes.
He picked out a suit and a khaki overcoat from his closet, put them on, styled his hair, and got ready to leave.
"Redgrave, where are you off to?"
Zoe Yates walked in, carrying a large bag of groceries. Seeing Zachary Redgrave dressed so formally and about to head out, she asked casually.
"I have to go out for a bit. You don't need to make dinner for me tonight."
"Redgrave, who are you going to see? Why are you dressed so formally?"
Zachary Redgrave usually wore casual clothes; he only dressed formally for work engagements or banquets.
"What's with all the questions? Is this twenty questions?"
Zachary Redgrave bent down to put on his shoes, dodging her question as he replied, then rushed out the door.
