"I'll never let go. No matter what."
Laura took Aiden's hand again, lacing their fingers together tightly.
Aiden gazed at her lightly made-up face, his Adam's apple bobbing slightly. "All of a sudden, I really want to hold you in my arms and sleep. Let's go back to the hotel now."
"Why are you suddenly sleepy out of nowhere? I wanted to walk a bit more."
'Oh, Laura... Dr. Shaw wants to start a family with you. Can't you hear it in his voice?'
Aiden chuckled and pinched her chin, then turned and crouched down. "Hop on. I'll give you a piggyback ride back."
Laura leaned over and climbed onto Aiden's back, wrapping her arms around his neck. "It's not even eight yet. Will you be able to sleep if we go back this early?"
"If I can't sleep, we'll get some exercise."
"What?"
"Didn't you say you wanted to hurry up and have a little monkey for me? How are we going to have a little monkey without some exercise?"
