The picturesque sunlight spilled onto a large tree, filtering through the leaves to cast dappled shadows on the ground. In the shade, a man in white stood leaning against the trunk, looking somewhat frail.
He frowned as he watched the little birds flying freely in the sky, and the smile on his face instantly froze.
'I've had enough of being stuck here. I wish I could just leave right now and return to the world where I belong.'
"Master, the box is open." A man dressed in black stood respectfully behind him, holding a box in his hands.
Hearing this, a look of joy flashed across the face of the man in white, but when he turned to look at the box, that joy vanished in an instant.
"This is all that's inside?" the man in white asked coldly, his voice laced with an indescribable disappointment. His fingers, which had been resting on the tree trunk, contorted as they dug savagely into the bark.
