Sitting alone in the living room felt a bit empty. With nothing to do, she went from the living room to the gym, worked out for over half an hour, then took a shower. Afterward, she stood on the balcony for a while. As night fell, the residential complex below was brightly lit.

Quentin Grant looked up at her, too. Though they were quite far apart, they could both feel their gazes meet.
He suddenly sprinted toward the entrance. Nora Ainsworth was still standing there, but she had already turned around. Seconds later, he appeared on the balcony as expected.
They stood three feet apart.
