To be safe and avoid completely depleting his Mental Power, Chu Sheng hadn't teleported all the way back from the White Eagle Empire in one go. Instead, he had broken the journey into several long-distance Instant Teleportations.
After all, with something like spatial transport, the slightest mistake could send you thousands of miles off course. With no way to lock onto a destination, you could end up anywhere.
Even so, there was a small hiccup along the way.
During the final jump, Chu Sheng's Instant Teleportation went awry. When he opened his eyes—my word—he saw nothing but cherry blossom trees below, along with the iconic Mount Fuji.
Chu Sheng couldn't help but laugh.
