All day long, the Mu Family made no move.
「Evening.」
Gu Yuexi and Chu Sheng had just left the gates of Hong Kong University.
Suddenly, a streak of black light shot toward Gu Yuexi.
Gu Yuexi stopped, making no move to dodge. The streak of black light zipped past, just grazing her forehead, and embedded itself deep into the stone wall by the university gate.
It was an ebony dart with black feathers on its tail.
Gu Yuexi turned her head and exchanged a look with Chu Sheng, who was on her shoulder.
"Heh, they're finally here."
Chu Sheng flew over, easily pulled out the dart, and sure enough, there was a letter inside.
Opening the letter revealed just two lines of text:
"Hell Gate, Chen Clan."
"Tonight at 9:15 PM, Viyah Port."
Expressionless, Gu Yuexi turned and left the university gate with Chu Sheng.
The letter, naturally, was from the Mu Family.
After leaving the Mu Family's estate, Chu Sheng had told Gu Yuexi the general situation.
