Alvin Morgan's meridians were too severely damaged. Aurora Sinclair had spent days conditioning them with a large amount of Power, yet had only managed to smooth out one percent.
In her master's words, Alvin Morgan's aptitude for martial arts was that of a trash-tier constitution, the likes of which was seen only once in a century.
To make any further progress, a peerless master at or above the Martial Lord level would have to expend a vast amount of Power to clear all the meridians in his body.
Her current strength didn't allow for that, so she could only grind it out bit by bit.
"Don't do that anymore."
Aurora Sinclair shook her head.
"I have plenty of weapons," Alvin Morgan replied.
But Aurora Sinclair's gaze immediately turned serious. "Master said that weapons are external objects. True power comes from one's own strength."
Alvin Morgan sighed helplessly.
