After Zou Feng meditated alone to recover for two hours, his Divine Sense flared with spiritual light, and he once again saw the "Heavenly Gate" hidden within his sea of consciousness.
Zou Feng had originally been able to see this "Heavenly Gate" long ago.
Unfortunately, he'd been ambushed by Liu Chenyu's Outer Body Incarnation, which left him with a mental scar. This caused the "Heavenly Gate" in his sea of consciousness to disappear, and even the staircase leading to it was shortened by a great deal.
But now, thanks to his recent successes in the Battle Sage Palace, Zou Feng had finally pushed through the fog and could once again see the "Heavenly Gate."
Furthermore, the fact that Zou Feng could now easily defeat Liu Chenyu's Mind Body, coupled with the top ten on the Ascension Board being a bunch of cowards, had been a tremendous help in restoring his confidence.
