Rose looks at the doctor he’s so different as her last one he seems to be not as haunted by the war. He says the is the city of new New York. Got a message for the psychic paper, go to ward 26. The green moon means hospital he puts on his coat and walk toward it. Rose follows they go into the building the doctor says no shops. I was looking to buy some things. Rose says are we in the future? Why do we even need a hospital? Everything should be cured by now. The doctor explains, the viruses evolve also with the humans. They see cat people. Rose says they are cats, the doctor says you are human don’t stare. The doctor goes to the elevator and says one person only be careful for the disinfectant rose doesn’t hear him he thought about repeating it but he just says you are going to find out and goes up the elevator. A hair dryer hit him and the the disinfectant soaks him. As he just casually stays standing but rose is very shocked and nearly falls. The doctor walks about and he see a man and he says sorry. The guy says why does it look like I’m going to die? I know I take a wee day off my work but it was only for a week. Are you here for an interview because I’ve not got time for it. Doctor says ok he went up to the nurse and he says he not going to recover the nurse says he will not from petrifold regression. There will not be a cure for another thousand years.he sister says have faith in the sisterhood is there no one here you recognise he says no and the sees the face of boe. He went up to him and touched the glass and says it’s the doctor and I have changed since the last time you saw me. Rose is somewhere then he realised rose should have got here a while ago. Boe says it’s good to see you again doctor. He says so you are the one that asked to see me. The nurse says the face of boe is dying of old age unfortunately it’s the one thing we still cannot cure. It says he lived for one million years. Doctor says there is many rumour about the face of boe, they say he is the last of his kind. He walks away and calls for rose. He says did you push the wrong button it was the face of boe that contacted me. Come up and see him. Rose says sure he looks confused and doesn’t sound right. He says remember ward 26 and then hangs up. He looks confused and annoyed he knows something is not right. Rose comes up and he says first the medical technology is one thousand years too advanced they go up to a monitor rose says use the access codes. The doctor looks more confused than before. Thatas something rose wouldna t normally say. He says what happened when the code has a firewall use buy network he uses the sonic and he says itas a secret ward in the building. Rose walks up. The doctor says something not right and he looks angry they go to the ward and they found people in tubes. Rose says are they sick? The doctor says no the are experiments the were born sick. A few of the sisters appears and she says the humans came for help but they got sicker faster than we could help them. The doctor shouts so you make clones and experiment on them just to find the answer. What did you do to rose? You need to understand I am being really calm only because I know the mind is a delicate thing. Rose says I guess you figured it out clever clogs he looks back he says Cassandra gets knocked out "I guess you figured it out, clever clogs," the person who looked like Rose sneered.

The Doctor didn't have time to react before the world went black. He woke up inside a cold, glass pod. Cassandra, still wearing Rose's skin like a stolen dress, paced outside. "I've thought of a million ways to kill you, Doctor. And now? Now I finally can."

The Doctor stared at her through the glass, his brown eyes cold and unimpressed. "You think a bit of glass is going to stop me?"

He wasn't wrong. In the chaos of the hospital, one of the infected patients stumbled against the controls, the pods hissed open, and the "flesh" poured out. The Sisters of Plenitude screamed as their "experiments" began to hunt them. Amid the panic, the Doctor, Rose (Cassandra), and the nurses were forced into a hidden side-room.

The Hostile Takeover

The Doctor looked at a machine nearby, his mind working at lightning speed. "That's a graft," he realized, looking at Cassandra. "You're improvising. Get out of her body, now! You're killing her."

"My original skin is dead, Doctor! I need a home."

"Not my problem," the Doctor snapped. "Be air for all I care. If you don't get out of her, you'll be wishing for the death you've been running from."

Cassandra laughed—a sharp, shrill sound coming from Rose's throat. "Fine. Let's try something with a bit more... durability."

In a blur of psychic energy, she leaped. The Doctor gasped as he felt his mind being invaded. Two hearts thudded in his chest. Cassandra's voice echoed through his own mouth. "Two hearts! Oh, all the yummy bits!"

"Get out of him!" Rose yelled, finally back in control of her own body.

Cassandra-in-the-Doctor turned to her with a cruel smirk. "Why? You don't trust him. Why are you starting to show you care now?"

The Escape

The infected patients were closing in. They fled toward the stairs, climbing until they reached a locked emergency door. Rose fumbled for the Doctor's coat.

"Use the sonic screwdriver!" she shouted. She pulled it out, but her hand shook. "He's blocking his mind from me... I don't know how to use it!"

The Doctor's body fought back. Inside his head, he was a fortress. He forced Cassandra to move his hand, snatching the screwdriver and buzzing the door open. He turned to Rose, his face a mask of fury. "Out. Now."

The Cure and the Cost

They reached the ward. The Doctor didn't hesitate. He tore open the medicine canisters, mixing every cure the Sisters had ever perfected into the elevator's disinfectant system. He stood in the lift, the golden light of the cure raining down on him. He smiled—a cold, triumphant victory.

As the "Flesh" people were healed, Cassandra tried one last time to seize his mind. But the Doctor was ready. He opened the "Forbidden" doors of his memory—the burning skies of Gallifrey, the screams of the Daleks, the absolute horror of the Time War.

The trauma was too much for a shallow mind like Cassandra's. She was forced out of his body, screaming, and scrambled into the dying form of her servant, Chip.

The Last Request

Chip's body was failing. Cassandra, now trapped in a dying man, looked up at the Doctor. The Doctor stood over her, his Victorian coat still damp from the disinfectant.

"Do you have any last wishes?" he asked.

He understood the fear of being alone at the end. Even this Doctor, as cold as he was, knew that no one should die in a dark hospital basement. He took her back in time, to a party centuries ago, where she could see herself one last time—beautiful and young.

She died in her own arms. The Doctor watched from the shadows, his expression unreadable. He didn't cry. He didn't mourn. He just turned back toward the TARDIS.
