He unfolded several holographic property projections.

"Excellent appreciation."
"This warehouse."
"Future logistics hub."
"This commercial plaza."
"Guaranteed returns."
West listened quietly.
Several guests nearby leaned closer.
Liz also happened to overhear the discussion.

She remained silent.
Then Mr. Holden began describing another property.
Liz frowned.
"...That's overpriced."
The conversation paused.
Mr. Holden looked toward her.
"I'm sorry?"
Liz stepped closer.
"The projected appreciation is based on an outdated zoning proposal."
"That district lost its transport expansion bid three months ago."
"The value won't rise nearly as much."
She pointed toward another projection.
"This one has structural issues."
"The renovation costs alone make it a poor investment."
