As the battleship ahead drew closer, Fisher Tiger finally saw clearly the figure standing at the bow.

"Marine Admiral, Aokiji!"

A shocked voice came from behind him.

Fisher Tiger's expression changed. He suddenly turned his head and immediately spotted Arlong hiding inside the cabin.

"Arlong! Didn't I tell you to retreat with Jinbe and the others?!"

Seeing Big Brother Tiger so furious, panic flashed through Arlong's eyes, but he quickly shouted back.

"Big Brother Tiger! I am also a Fish-Man who values loyalty! There's no way I could leave you here alone!"

Hearing this, a trace of gentleness appeared in Fisher Tiger's eyes. He sighed and walked over, patting Arlong on the shoulder.

"Foolish!"

But in the end, he still scolded him angrily.

Arlong shrank his head and did not dare argue. Back on Fish-Man Street, the person he admired and respected the most was the Big Brother before him.

Very soon, the battleship ahead arrived before them.

"Fisher Tiger. What a coincidence." Aokiji called out lazily.

With his arrival, a wave of chilling cold swept across the surrounding seawater and both battleships. Arlong watched in shock as a layer of white frost rapidly spread across the ship they were standing on.

After only two breaths, his body began to stiffen. Lowering his head, terror instantly filled his eyes.

From his legs up to his waist, he had already been frozen solid.

Without even noticing it, he had lost the ability to move.

Was a Marine Admiral truly such a terrifying existence?

"Admiral Aokiji! Before you capture me, there's something I want to ask!" Fisher Tiger shouted loudly.

Arlong turned toward his Big Brother and saw that his body was also being covered in ice, half of him already frozen.

"Oh?"

"Go ahead and ask. But whether I answer or not is another matter."

Aokiji replied calmly.

"Where is Admiral Kojin?"

"I know he was promoted to Marine Admiral last year."

Fisher Tiger crossed his arms without the slightest fear.

"Kojin?" Aokiji narrowed his eyes as he stared at him.

"Admiral Kojin once showed me great kindness! Before I'm thrown into prison, I want to see him once and personally thank him!" Fisher Tiger roared.

"That guy really does have connections everywhere," Aokiji muttered softly.

Then his gaze fell upon the two Fish-Men before him.

"I'll send you to see him."

The moment those words fell, the two Fish-Men had already turned into ice statues.

Whether for the world or for the Marines, Fisher Tiger was an extremely dangerous yet undeniably great man.

Even Aokiji, despite being an Admiral, respected this Fish-Man from the depths of his heart.

But hearing that the man had ties to Kojin still surprised him.

Narrowing his eyes slightly, Aokiji looked at the two Fish-Men before him.

Impel Down was not a pleasant destination.

...

That same year, in the East Blue, Shanks lost his left arm while saving Luffy and handed the straw hat on his head to the young boy before him.

At the World Government conference, Fish-Men were forbidden from participating.

During Donquixote's auction of the Golden Fruit, a gray-green-haired man shouted about freedom and equality before snatching away the fruit.

That man would later become the world-famous Gold Emperor.

One month after Fisher Tiger's capture…

Inside Impel Down.

"Clang! Clang!"

The shackles collided, producing sharp metallic sounds.

"So this… is the world's greatest prison, Impel Down?!" Arlong trembled all over as he stared at the dark passage ahead, where no light could be seen.

"That's right. Move along." Aokiji said indifferently.

Fisher Tiger, however, showed little reaction. He silently followed behind him.

After a brief handover process, Aokiji turned and left.

"Fisher Tiger?"

"You're quite the famous figure! But according to Admiral Aokiji's orders, you'll be sent to the Beast Hell! As for this guy, he'll stay in the Crimson Hell!" The jailer said with a grin.

Fisher Tiger silently memorized the name "Beast Hell."

At that moment, his heart was filled with gloom and regret. The world's greatest prison, Impel Down, once you arrived here, there was basically no hope of ever getting out.

Naturally, there was no point in thinking about meeting Kojin again.

Ever since being captured by Aokiji, he had never seen him once.

And now, he had ended up here.

A short while later, Fisher Tiger and Arlong separated as he watched Arlong being escorted down to the first underground level, Crimson Hell.

Meanwhile, he continued onward, arriving at the vast second underground level filled with a heart-palpitating atmosphere.

"This is Beast Hell." The jailer said.

Then, after cautiously walking through the corridor for some time, he shoved Fisher Tiger into a prison cell, locked the gate, and hurriedly ran away.

"A newcomer?"

"It's actually a Fish-Man?"

After glancing at him once, the prisoners inside quickly lost interest.

Fisher Tiger silently sat down cross-legged, momentarily falling into confusion.

But he did not regret his actions.

By holding back Aokiji, Jinbe and the others had undoubtedly gained freedom.

As long as they still existed in this world, the Sun Pirates would never disappear, and the ideals of equality and freedom would never die.

"I wonder if I'll ever see Admiral Kojin again in this lifetime." Muttering softly, Fisher Tiger let out a sigh.

...

In the blink of an eye, a year passed.

The World Government invited Jinbe, Captain of the Sun Pirates and the Hero of the Sea, to join the Seven Warlords of the Sea.

Jinbe agreed on the condition that Fisher Tiger and the Fish-Man Arlong would be exchanged and released. But unfortunately, the World Government only released Arlong while completely ignoring the proposal regarding Fisher Tiger.

Time continued to pass.

Fisher Tiger remained inside Impel Down, living a dull and monotonous existence.

Over the course of that year, he gradually adapted to the sunless prison life and also saw the Jailer Beasts wandering through the corridors of Beast Hell.

At the same time, he often heard his fellow prisoners speak about the legend of the "Monster" of Beast Hell.

He had also asked about Kojin, but only prisoners who had entered long ago knew anything about him.

"Kojin?"

"That young Marine who rose to prominence not long ago? I heard he's Vice Admiral Garp's disciple?"

Such answers left Fisher Tiger speechless.

Because he realized that the prisoners inside this place perceived time completely differently from the outside world.

...

In the blink of an eye, another year passed, and the time arrived at Marine Era 1514.

Donquixote Doflamingo joined the Seven Warlords of the Sea and became the new King of Dressrosa, shocking the entire world.

Meanwhile, Fisher Tiger still had not seen the legendary Monster of Beast Hell.

Marine Era 1515.

The world remained peaceful, and the structure of the Seven Warlords had gradually stabilized. In the New World, a new Emperor had also emerged.

Inside Impel Down, however, everything remained incomparably quiet.

Fisher Tiger had forgotten time itself, living a numb and mechanical existence. He no longer knew when he had entered this place, nor whether he would ever have a chance to leave again.

He had become like a puppet, unable to find meaning in life.

Some of the prisoners in the same cell had already gone insane. Others had, at some unknown point, turned into white skeletons, leaning silently in the corners while staring ahead.

"One day, perhaps I'll die here just like that."

Fisher Tiger muttered softly as the light in his eyes gradually faded.

Suddenly, cries and screams erupted from deep within the corridor.

"He's here!"

"That Monster is here again!"

"It's been quiet for so long, and now he's fighting his way out again!"

"Roar! Monster, keep it up! Kill those Jailer Beasts!"

"Monster! Monster! Monster!!"

The previously quiet Beast Hell instantly became lively. The prisoners all excitedly crawled over, shoving their heads through the bars while staring toward the dark depths of the corridor with excitement and anticipation.

"What's over there?"

"What exactly is this Monster?"

Fisher Tiger was equally curious and pressed himself against the bars as he asked.

During his time in prison, he had frequently heard the legend, but he never learned the details.

"What's over there?"

"Jihahahaha!"

"More Jailer Beasts! Stronger Jailer Beasts! Crazier Jailer Beasts!"

"And that Monster!!"

A thin prisoner wearing prison clothes laughed loudly like the Golden Lion himself, madness filling his eyes.

"Very soon, you'll see him!"

"The Monster!!"

The prisoner screamed excitedly like a lunatic.

Fisher Tiger could understand it.

In this pitch-black place where even the passage of time could no longer be perceived, the human mind would naturally collapse into madness.

"Bang!"

More than ten breaths later, a deafening collision echoed from deep within the corridor. Even the ground and prison cells trembled violently.

"ROAR!"

Immediately afterward came another roar.

Then a violent gust of wind swept through as a massive monster-like shadow charged out from the darkness. When it reached the area before Fisher Tiger, it crashed to the ground with a loud boom before tumbling over a hundred meters away.

"The Monster is here!"

The prisoners howled loudly, and the atmosphere became even more heated.

Soon after, a figure came sprinting forward, the chains dragging behind him pulled completely taut, producing loud clattering sounds.

"It's him! That's him!"

"The Monster of Impel Down!"

The prisoners shouted wildly.

Fisher Tiger's eyes narrowed as he stared at the figure.

The man was very tall, yet incredibly thin, practically skin and bones. His feet were shackled with Seastone chains, while thick chains pierced through his back. His clothes were ragged and torn, making him look both like a madman and a beggar.

Long black hair hung loosely over his face, concealing his expression.

"Monster?!"

Fisher Tiger froze, unable to imagine that the so-called Monster described by the prisoners would look like this.

"ROAR!"

The next second, another roar echoed out.

Behind the Monster appeared a gigantic Jailer Beast over a hundred meters long with the head of a crocodile, opening its bloody jaws as it bit downward.

"Heh heh!"

"Where's that guy hiding?"

"You're not the one I'm looking for!"

The Monster grinned.

He stood there without moving, but when the crocodile's teeth were less than a meter from his head, his entire body suddenly tensed.

"Tekkai!"

Visible to the naked eye, ripples shook through the air within a thirty-meter radius around him.

The crocodile bit down violently.

Crack!

The sound of teeth shattering and breaking rang out.

Pain immediately appeared on the crocodile's face.

Then the Monster leapt high into the air, bringing both feet down ruthlessly onto the crocodile's head.

"Bang!"

The corridor floor shattered and collapsed.

The crocodile let out a miserable whimper before losing consciousness.

Fisher Tiger sucked in a cold breath, staring at the Monster with wide eyes.

That person had effortlessly overwhelmed such a gigantic and terrifying Jailer Beast.

And that move just now…

Wasn't that Rokushiki?

A Marine?

Just as he was wondering, the Monster suddenly turned his head and looked toward his cell before grinning widely.

"Fisher Tiger, so you're still alive!"

Fisher Tiger froze.
