Chapter 528 - Beş Yüz Yirmi Sekiz

She was slapping the druids, whom she had dumbfounded with her words, with what she promised now; Blood God Nafız must have been in high spirits. The nine druids, unable to get over the initial shock, were looking at each other, but their leader, standing a step in front of them, had no intention of missing a once-in-a-century opportunity.

"Ma'am, if you do us this favor, we will be grateful to you until we die!"

Even though Alator spoke on behalf of them all, the others had no objection to this; while they hadn't even been able to enter the Reward Dungeons on their own continent, the Wild Swamp, they were now catching the chance to experience one. Their eyes, starting to get bloodshot due to the killing cycle they had been maintaining for a while, were shining, and it was obvious this was exactly what Nafız wanted to see.

"I'm warning you from the start; Reward Dungeons are places that vary according to the person and time. You have to complete the dungeon we will enter within a maximum period of one week; if it exceeds the determined time by even one hour, I won't wait, no matter which one of you it is."

Hueso was a creature that had lived for a long time; it wasn't known if he experienced it himself, but he knew the dungeon well enough to at least give information about the time.

"The Reward Dungeon is not the kind that gives material gifts; when you enter it, you will go through a mental or spiritual test."

Along with her final words, the lips of the Elemental Ten members drooped; they wouldn't be able to attain the equipment they heard about and saw during their Orc Military Academy training. It was evident from their every demeanor that they wanted to possess the equipment orcs called the Blessing of the Ancestors, but which were ultimately gifts from the Reward Dungeon.

"What happened, are you sad because you won't get your hands on a couple of measly weapons or won't be able to get armors created for you?"

Nafız wasn't going to get an answer to her question. Even if they felt like shouting 'yes' inside, it took courage to speak before her. Aware of this, Nafız preferred to teach some things in her own way; after all, seeing was one thing, hearing was another.

"Let me also test this attack of yours that destroyed this place it fell on and took the lives of many soldiers from the border units!"

There was no reaction; even if their brains made sense of the sounds entering their ears, the druids, unable to believe what they heard, stood motionless.

"Don't be afraid, I won't use the equipment specially made for me by the father of Mora, whose legacy I took, or from the Reward Dungeons. You can attack first one by one, then all together if you want, the choice is yours!"

She thrust her two pitch-black daggers into the ground; the equipment on her was leather armors, the lowest gear of the orcs. The Blood God was waiting for the druids who didn't dare to step forward, but when no one took the initiative, she pointed to the Elemental Ten member at the end of the line with her hand.

"Attack, but don't you dare underestimate me. Otherwise, even though I love you guys very much, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to rip your head off."

The crushing blood-colored energy starting to emanate from her body roamed over the remains of the newly destroyed unit, and then surrounded the druid its owner pointed at. It was no longer the time to be ashamed or shy; either they would attack as asked of them, or they would suffer the wrath of someone who plunged into hundreds of people alone and committed a massacre.

Aware of this, the druid warrior raised his staff into the air and, after muttering in a tone only he could hear, aimed it at his target. When a flat Pentagram appeared under his feet, a red color began to shine in one of the corners representing the elements.

The druid, attuning to the fire element and receiving its blessing, was spraying the glowing red pieces he managed to draw to his staff from the surrounding area onto his enemy. Seeing this, Nafız started smiling; even if no one could understand the reason for this, the battle cry of the druid warrior making the attack showed he didn't welcome the action.

The fire, initially erupting like a volcano, changed shape halfway through, turning into fist-sized balls, surrounding Nafız and descending on her body from angles she couldn't escape. The Blood God, gripping her left elbow with her right hand, did nothing but wag her left index finger from side to side despite seeing everything.

Five fireballs per second were landing on her body, but she was acting as if she wasn't the one being attacked, and when the druid's fires ended, everyone could see these actions of hers weren't an empty burst of self-confidence.

"I'd like to say one down, nine to go, but whoever among you uses the fire element has lost their chance from this moment on. Thanks to the dungeon I managed to enter and whose blessing only two people on earth have been honored to receive, you've learned that I have immunity against this element."

Advancing towards the druid at the very end, his three friends were also fighting using the fire element. Even if it seemed weird that four out of a ten-person team used the same element, it was normal for fire, which has a high destructive feature, to predominate.

When the next one of the remaining six people aimed his staff at her, nothing gathered like in the fire element; only a tiny tremor was felt, and spikes shooting up from the earth bearing the traces of war appeared a handspan away from Nafız's flesh.

"Orc Blood Techniques – Bouncing Sphere"

Even though the attack resembling earth spears descended one after another onto Nafız, who enclosed herself inside a blood-red sphere, so to speak, the Blood God was escaping all of them by bouncing from side to side like a rubber ball.

The area bending inwards the moment the earth spikes hitting the Blood Sphere started to penetrate, went backward a breath later, causing the sphere to be tossed. The harder the blow, the stronger the oscillation became, and as a result, the orc warrior, evading by turning the damage into kinetic energy, managed to escape this attack without taking a single wound.

"Orc Blood Techniques are the first abilities belonging to me, whose foundation I took from Mora, one of the most elite warriors of the Hell Realm, and which I perfected thanks to a Reward Dungeon on that same continent. Yes, the dungeon didn't give me anything materially, but it gave me time that I couldn't buy in any way."

While the creation of a technique required a long process in itself, its division into so many various ways of use must have been the result of at least a few generations' effort. If she hadn't had the chance to think about it and practice it for centuries, no one could know how much better her mastery over the Orc Blood Techniques would be than the leader of the group named the Nameless Ten.

"Next!"

The two Earth element users stepped aside; their primary duty was defense, and when they didn't get a result after making their strongest attacks, they gave up without pushing their luck further. Like once bitten, twice shy, two druids had stepped in front of Nafız at the same time.

The Blood God had no objection, how could she? While one edge of the magic symbol appearing under their feet shone with a cold blue color, this time she preferred to take a defensive stance by clasping her hands behind her back.

The blood continuing to trickle thinly from among the corpses scattered around began to freeze while the druids muttered. The ice crystals in the condensing air had become visible when the first attack landed on the orc warrior.

Ice pieces the size of walnuts were coming down on her head like a sudden hailstorm. Nafız's response to this was to cover her body with a very thin red layer; the hailstones were shattering and scattering around before reaching her skin.

While the attack coming from the sky drew all attention to itself, ice veins advancing on a straight line started climbing upwards from Nafız's heels. They were advancing by wrapping around her legs like a beanstalk shooting up from the earth trying to reach the sky, but despite this, there was no trace of worry on the Blood God's face.

Even if she blocked the physical damage of the hail attack with the blood-red layer, its freezing feature affected her head and slowed down her movements, while the vines made of ice prevented her from moving, stopping her from escaping the two-sided trap.

The plan was close to perfect, but their misfortune was that Nafız was immune to ice just as she was to fire. As a matter of fact, the vines wrapping her legs couldn't go any further, nor did the hail rain lasting for minutes have any effect on her body.

Not only the attackers, but the whole Elemental Ten couldn't make sense of what they saw. They had learned she was immune to fire, but how could she manage to develop immunity to a completely opposite element, ice.

"I am somewhat good with ice too, it really felt good after all that heat. You have your last two chances left, I advise you to use them well!"

With that unique crooked smile on her face, Nafız, waiting to meet the attacks of Alator and the druid standing one level below him, looked as if she was preparing to take a nap on a windless afternoon.
