In the quiet shop, Brock and Irene both snapped their heads toward Aiden on the sofa. Their expressions were worlds apart.
Brock's eyes suddenly lit up with excitement. He rushed over to Aiden and asked directly, "Aiden, do you really have a way out?"
"I knew it! You're always surprising me, you crazy guy!"
Irene, on the other hand, looked full of suspicion. She kept a watchful eye on Aiden and said, "Human, are you joking?"
"Now is not the time to hide your true intentions. If you push too hard, I can't guarantee what I'll do."
To Irene, this suspicious human definitely had some hidden agenda.
When Allen was chasing her, she had caught a whiff of this human's scent. Now, she found him again with Brock.
As for coincidence, Irene refused to believe it.
Either this human named Aiden was one of Belith's minions, or like Belith, he was after the location of the Swarm treasure.
The latter seemed unlikely to Irene. The human's strength was just too weak.
