"I understand."
Upon hearing this, Felix nodded slightly and gave a simple verbal response. After speaking, he picked up the game controller, sat down to play the game, and continued talking.
"There's no need to worry too much about this matter. This is just the normal progression of war. We only need to keep an eye on its development and take action when necessary.
Beyond that, there's no need to concern ourselves with anything else."
As he spoke, Felix looked at Lacus and waved the game controller in his hand as he asked.
"Want to play together?"
"You're really calm."
Lacus looked at Felix while picking up the other available controller from the table, speaking as she did so.
Felix continued playing the game normally as he replied.
"What else can we do if we're not calm? There's nothing else you or I can accomplish anyway."
After finishing this level of the game, Felix turned to look at Lacus and said with a smile.
"If we could do something about it, we wouldn't need to secretly unite with whatever forces we can, preparing to stop the war at some point in the future."
"You're right. I was being a bit impatient."
Hearing this, Lacus realized she had indeed been somewhat impatient about this matter. Looking at Felix, she admitted her mistake.
Seeing her admit her fault, Felix smiled slightly.
"It's alright. When you gain more experience and go through more things, you'll become more mature."
"You're only a few months older than me."
Hearing Felix's lecturing tone that sounded like an elder, Lacus glanced at him with a hint of annoyance in her voice.
Turning to see the trace of annoyance on her face, Felix spoke with a voice filled with the weariness of experience.
"Although I'm only a few months older than you, I've experienced much more than you have."
As he spoke, Felix withdrew his gaze and looked at the screen in front of him, continuing.
"No matter how much you've been influenced by your father or how talented you are, ultimately your understanding of war can't compare to mine as someone who has personally experienced it.
Only when you've truly experienced war can you genuinely understand it, and only then can you calmly face its escalation when you hear it's about to intensify.
Rather than feeling anxious and impatient upon hearing about it, desperately wanting to prevent its escalation."
After saying this, Felix reminded Lacus once again.
"Don't think about stopping the war by awakening the people."
"What do you mean?"
Lacus frowned and asked in return.
Felix said with a smile.
"It means your awakening can't compare to the government's propaganda about a victory or their promotion of hatred. Your few words can't compete with the broadcast of footage showing the destruction of Junius Ten.
The power of language is no match for the excitement after victory, nor can it compare to the anger fueled by hatred."
At this point, Felix changed the subject.
"Alright! Let's not talk about this anymore. I need to focus on playing the game."
Lacus, who had been about to continue her questioning, stopped herself upon hearing Felix's words.
She sat quietly, digesting everything Felix had said and reflecting on her previous shortcomings.
Noticing Lacus deep in thought from the corner of his eye, Felix unconsciously curved his lips into a slight smile, thinking:
She would grow much stronger than her original counterpart from the first series. At the very least, she wouldn't naively promote her ideals through broadcasts like in the original.
Such methods were practically useless aside from getting oneself killed faster.
February 11th
"Bastard!"
On the Gamow, Yzak touched the bandage on his face as he recalled the recent battle against the Archangel and the Strike Gundam. His anger boiled over, and he let out a low growl.
Nicol watched Yzak's condition with concern.
"Yzak, are you alright?"
"I'm fine!"
Yzak looked up at Nicol, his emotions calming slightly as he replied in a steady tone.
Dearka, who had been staring at the wall with his arms crossed, commented:
"Shouldn't you return to PLANT to recuperate and get better treatment for your facial injury?"
"No need! This minor injury is nothing."
Yzak turned to Dearka as he spoke.
Then, an expression of frustration surfaced on Yzak's face as he addressed both Dearka and Nicol:
"Athrun, that damned friend of ours is completely stubborn—there's no chance of persuading him at all. From now on, neither of you better go easy on him. Understood!"
"Yeah."
Dearka and Nicol nodded in agreement with Yzak's assessment of Athrun's friend.
February 13th - Near Earth Orbit
"The Earth Alliance's new warship has joined forces with the Eighth Fleet of the Earth Alliance Space Force. You'll need to be extra cautious in your upcoming battles."
Creuset looked at Yzak and the others, feigning concern as he spoke to them.
Upon hearing this, Yzak raised his hand in a salute.
"Yes, Commander!"
One to two hours later
Through the combined efforts of Yzak's trio and their other comrades, the Eighth Fleet was successfully annihilated.
The Archangel, descending toward Earth, was hindered by Yzak and his team, causing its descent angle to shift. Ultimately, it failed to land within Earth Alliance territory as intended.

"Is this the warship that Creuset's team has been pursuing?"
Andrew lowered his binoculars, a smile playing on his lips as he gazed at the distant Archangel.
Aisha, standing beside Andrew, put down her binoculars and asked him:
"Darling, what's the plan?"
"Let's give them a little shock."
Andrew set aside his binoculars and replied to his beloved.
Upon hearing this, Aisha relayed Andrew's intentions.
The next moment, missiles equipped on the BuCUEs were launched toward the Archangel.
Onboard the Archangel
"Yellow, bearing three-five, range two-zero, marked zero-two, Alpha—multiple heat sources approaching rapidly!"
A soldier monitoring the screen turned to report to Badgiruel, who was on duty.
Badgiruel immediately issued orders:
"Activate the Close-in Weapon System! Launch Anti-Aircraft Missiles to intercept!"
"Yes!"
The fire control department responded promptly and carried out the commands.
After giving the interception orders, Badgiruel sounded the ship-wide alarm.
The urgent alarm in Kira's room made him lift his head in the darkness. Without the slightest hesitation, he rolled out of bed, picked up the clothes from the floor, and quickly put them on.
"Flay, rest well."
While dressing, Kira spoke toward the bed.
After saying this, Kira put on his final jacket and turned to leave.
After Kira left, a figure on the bed sat up clutching the blanket, staring toward the doorway with hatred in her eyes. A somewhat manic smile appeared on her face as she muttered to herself.
"Kira! You must fight well! You must fight properly!"
As she spoke, her voice became saturated with hatred.
"Kill all these Coordinators! Kill them all! Hahaha!!!"
