Qin Yue didn't want to answer but she kept calling, which was unusual for her.
Pinching his nose, Qin Yue eventually answered the call.
"Yes?"
"Umm hello Qin Yue"
Her tone carried distinguishable awkwardness which made Qin Yue wonder about what would make this young lady call by this time.
"Is something wrong?"
She cleared her throat softly
"No, haha. It's just that my brother is awake.."
Qin Yue raised an eyebrow. Although still confused, that didtatop him from offering kind words.
"That's great."
Pei Lifu hummed and fell silent. Qin Yue almost groaned. That was the best he could offer.
He wasn't familiar with this eldest young master and if not for Pei Lifu, he would have almost forgotten someone like that existed.
However, he could tell that wasn't all she had to say. Her hesitation was already making him think of ways to reject her if she asked for anything too troublesome.
Pei Lifu let out a deep breath and cheered herself on. She could do this!
