Pei Lifu was quiet for a while before standing up.
"I'll be going to the old house tonight. Don't wait up for me. I need to clear my head."

She didn't look back once.
Pei Lifu drove back slowly, her mind filled with countless thoughts.
She parked her car in front of the house and the butler came out, suprise flashing in his eyes.
"Young lady!"
Pei Lifu hummed softly.
"Is grandpa awake?"
Old Li shook his head.
"The old master went to bed a few minutes ago, should I go wake him up? He'll be pleased to see you."
Pei Lifu shook her head.
"With everything going on now, grandpa needs to rest. I'll go see brother"
Old Li nodded, watching her go up the stairs with a faint sight. She really couldn't hide her distress.
He only hoped it was nothing serious.
Pei Lifu knocked on her brother's door twice then opened it after a few seconds.
