Phoenix folded his arms, planting himself firmly in his seat. "No. Both of you should leave and discuss it somewhere private."
Jamie stared at him, incredulous. "We should leave because of you?"
"No," Phoenix corrected, his tone sharp. "Because neither Holland nor I have any interest in hearing about this." He turned toward me, his eyes pleading. "Right, Holland?"
Everyone looked at me.
"I... don't?" My answer came out more like a question than a statement, my uncertainty written all over my face.
"See?" Jamie said triumphantly, gesturing toward me.
Phoenix looked at me as though I'd personally betrayed him. "Holland."
"What?" I asked helplessly, my cheeks warming. "I don't even know what you guys are talking about."
Soren burst into laughter, his shoulders shaking.
"It's a sex toy," Phoenix explained flatly, his expression one of utter resignation.
