I pulled out my phone and said, "72 hours? I'll do the transfer right now. Is the account the one stated in the contract?"
The daughter replied, "Uh… yeah?"
"Ok. Great." I typed in the account routing number and transferred $15,000.
My $100,000 became $85,000.
"I sent the money. Could you check your account?"
The old man pulled out his phone and fiddled with it for a moment before saying, "Yep, I got it alright."
I stood up and held out my hand, "Pleasure doing business with you."
The old man stood up and shook my hand, "Pleasure."
Then the daughter got up and shook my hand as well.
I then turned and walked over to the counter, "I still have to pay for my food." I said while looking at them.
The daughter shook her hand and said, "Oh, don't worry about it."
"Thank you, then." With that I left the charming little cafe and made my way home.

Once I was back home I made all of the arrangements for getting the metal building and foundation to be put in. That involved buying what I needed.
I paid $20,000 for the building. I paid extra to have them put the building in on a moment's notice on either sunday or monday.
I contacted the foundation guys and paid them $30,000 to have a full team of guys come out and do the whole foundation and driveway in one day.
That's $50,000 out of the $85,000 that I had, bringing me to $35,000.
I then called two licensed professionals to come out and hook up the water and sewage on the same day the foundation people will be there. They both had a fee for coming on short notice. Each cost $6,000 so $12,000 total.
$35,000 to $23,000.
I got the solar panels which cost $4,000, they were cheaper than usual but the sales tax brought it back up.
I also ordered another StarConnect satellite for $230.
$23,000 to $18,770.

While I was waiting for the day to end after making all of the calls I started thinking about the future, mainly about the strip of land and the space inside of the building.
I started Foolging various fabrication machines, laser cutters, and 3D metal printers. All of them had a pretty large footprint. Plus they were very expensive, some were a million dollars a piece.
The more I thought about it the more convinced I was that I didn't have enough space for all of my plans.
I used my AR glasses to pull up satellite photos of the land and over layed the building blueprints on the enlarged photo.
The land is exactly 100 feet wide and 435.6 feet long.
With a main drive straight down the middle 20 feet wide, then 30 feet wide building on either side. That leaves 10 feet on either side for building code of which only 5 feet is necessary.
Then the buildings being 60 feet long and another 20 feet of concrete driveway between them. Which means that 2 buildings deep would take only 160 feet out of 435 feet leaving 275 feet.
Which also means that I could add 3 more buildings deep leaving 35 feet for the back building code of 20 feet.
That means I can build a total of 10 buildings on the property 2 buildings wide and 5 buildings deep.
That's a ton of space, most of which will probably become storage for materials.
I only really need a space for the car shop, the fabrication studio, the scanning studio, and the show room for the completed cars. The rest will just be pure storage.
The car shop, the fabrication studio, and the show room are self explanatory. But the scanning studio is something I had an idea for. There are already 3D scanners and there are ways to scan through objects.
So, what if I combine the two to create a scanner that scans through an object and maps out everything about it? Then I could just scan and reverse engineer anything. Plus with both metal and plastic 3D printing how hard would it be to make a machine that could make anything I wanted?
Sure I couldn't do it on my own, but if it is a problem money can solve, then money shall solve.
I once read a webnovel where the main character made something similar and I have always wanted to do the same. But, I also have to recognize reality, this is not a webnovel, I have to do things one agonizing step at a time.
I have to follow the law because there is not a magical country in the middle of the Pacific Ocean that I can take over. Just real countries in the real world on our planet, Dirt.
That name is just so poetic. The planet's name being the soil beneath our feet that we call home.

At the end of the day I looked at today's earnings.
I started with $1,638,911.28 and that became $10,081,888.92. I need to check how much that is per account. That is about $265,312 per account. We are getting pretty close to a scary amount. I should limit the funds or not use the market for the next few days to let things settle.
I really just need more stocks to grind in. I have 38 currently but there are over 100 volatile stocks to use, it just takes time to get the data. Plus, even if they are super computers I don't want to split their computational power too many times.
Because I don't want to take the risk that I lose money because of greed.
Perhaps one of those buildings should be used to make a data center for the AI. Well, I don't really need that much space because I am just going to upgrade a computer anyway. Though I don't want to leave something I've upgraded laying around where it could get stolen.
