That Friday after school, Sofy asked Mandy if she'll be joining her for Capri's sleepover but Mandy said no cuz she had to follow her parents to visit her grandma. So Sofy went home and packed her stuff then got a call from an unknown number saying
" I'm waiting outside your gate " the voice said as she quickly recognized the voice, it was Max talking, she quickly saved his number with " Max" and a red heart emoji then hurried outside, she entered the car and said
" Hey Max, where's Melvin"
" He's probably already at Capri's" Max replied as silence covered the atmosphere after Sofy replied with a nod. Max had planned to tell Sofy how he felt about her on the sleep over so he was so excited about the sleepover. Capri didn't invite many people it was just Reina, Max, Melvin and Sofy. Some other people that she invited couldn't make it to the sleepover.

" Never have I ever kissed same gender " Capri started
" That's an obvious lie, Capri kissed Esme at her pool party" Melvin said
" you didn't have to say that out loud" Capri replied as they burst into laughter
" Never have I ever had a girlfriend" Melvin said
" didn't you date Laura in first grade" Reina said
" oh almost forgot , I was stupid back then, don't wanna talk about her" Melvin said
" Never have I ever liked a guy" Reina said as she smiled deviously
" are you gay ?" Sofy asked
" Reina is obviously gay " Capri replied
" Capri aren't you gay too" Max asked
" Not really, I like both gender, but you guys I think I'm in love with Esme, I'll be so awkward if she was here" Capri said
" Then tell her" Melvin suggested
" what if she's straight and she doesn't like me" Capri asked
" She didn't react badly to the kiss so take her on a date first " Melvin replied. Sofy really seemed lost maybe because it was her first time hanging out with all of them, she quickly took an air break then went to the balcony upstairs as Melvin and Reina kept giving Capri date ideas.
At the balcony...….
Sofy rested at the balcony railing facing the dark beautiful clouds, admiring the stars then Max entered with " you're not gay right"
" No I'm not" she replied after facing him
" Almost all the girls in this city are gay" Max said
" I don't like being gay" Sofy replied
" That's good" Max said with a smile then added " lemme go back to the others" He added and as he was about taking another step Sofy held him back as she looked slowly into his eyes with eagerness to kiss him
" I love you Max, I've denied the feelings for so long but I can no longer deny it, you're the one I've always loved" Sofy said slowly as Max gently pulled her for a deep kiss while staring at her eyes constantly
" I love you Sofy, I've always do" Max replied with a quick glare at her lips which he had just devour 'soft sweet lips' he thought
" So what are we now ….." Sofy asked gently with a quick smile, she couldn't believe the moment had come
" We're couples " Max giggled as he pulled her for another kiss, they were still passionately kissing when they heard a slight cough, they immediately pulled out after seeing Melvin, Reina and Capri standing in front of them with the most flabbergasted look they had in them at that moment
" oh my gosh, how long has this been going on" Reina asked
" we know Max likes Sofy" Melvin and Capri echoed
" and you didn't tell me" Reina said even looking more surprised
" I found out at Esme's pool party" Capri replied
" I didn't know they were already at this stage" Melvin added
" erhmmm, we started today ...." Sofy said
" oh wow, this is good, we should celebrate" Reina replied as they walked back to the living room and concluded.
