Natural catastrophes occur when there is an imbalance in nature, whether a natural or human-caused disturbance. Such catastrophes exist in this world:
Kaido
Big Mom
Whitebeard
Red-haired Shanks
These four pirates are feared for their immense power and giant fleets of loyal pirates willing to die for their captains, such powerful figures were given certain immunity by the World Government to maintain the balance of power.

World Economic News Paper:
Kaido defeated by newly promoted Admiral,
Haiuma.
The news spread like wildfire, people around the world were left utterly shocked at the headline.
"This can't be real?"
"Isn't Kaido the strongest?"
"Wait, it says this new Admiral is Garp's protégé."
Islanders chatter like Lorys, Pirates left bars sobered up by sheer disbelief and Marines praised Haiuma's name like the second coming of Kami.
[Dressrosa]
"What!"
Bang.
A gunshot echoes down the halls of the Royal Palace, not even a moment passed to process the sound as more gunshot sing.
Bang
Bang
Bang
"That bastard!" Doflamingo screeches, pulling harshly at her golden locks, gritting her teeth hard enough to make her gums bleed.
The Warlord is in a state of pure rage, months of being in the dark about her SMILE shipments in Wano and the lack of feedback from Kaido, made her livid. To think her business partner was bested by the same marine she sold to Big Mom to solidify another relationship with a Yonko and solidify her reputation as the greatest Broker in the Underworld was ruined said marine catching cold feet on the day of his wedding.
"Doflamingo-sama..." Viola tentatively calls out from the throne rooms entrance.
Doflamingo barely acknowledges Viola's presence, staring at the body beneath her, a servant had unfortunately taking the brunt of her bullets, the third shot took their life.
"Viola...clean this mess." Doflamingo orders, walking over the body as she makes her way out of her throne room, footsteps filling up the silence with furious stomps.
"Peruperuperu." The Den Den Moshi rings.
Doflamingo's fury died out faster than warmth in winter.
Turning to the communication device, Doflamingo answers the call.
"Mama?" Doflamingo speaks softly.
"Doffy. You have some nerve to screw with me." Linlin growls through the Den Den Moshi.
"I would never –"
"Don't lie to me!" She snaps, Doflamingo's Den Den Moshi is sweating profusely as Big Mom's hold on it tightens.
"That Ramos boy had the nerve to leave my daughter at the altar, completely embarrassing me in front of my family and friends! His lucky I didn't go rabid and ruin my wedding cake...such a lovely cake...I'M STILL MAD AT YOU–"
Doflamingo bit her words back, not stupid enough to interrupt the Yonko's rant, despite her shades, the shadow looming over her head expresses her gloomy mood.
"Ma–Big Mom. I know your angry at me but I can make it up to you. " She promise the Yonko.
"Mama-mama...you always have a way to save your skin huh?" Linlin chuckles.
"I'll tell you what Doffy, I want you to bring me Ramos to my castle alive and I'll consider that partnership of yours, but if you fail I'll take your soul and make Dressrosa my territory. " Big Mom stated.
"...I-I understand. " Doflamingo agrees to her ultimatum.
"Good~you have until my next teas party to bring me my runaway groom."
"Gacha."
Before he could respond, she ended the call, leaving behind deafening silence.
Doflamingo held the Den Den Moshi for a second, veins pulsing in her forehead, her breathing rapid.
"Ramos, I really do hate you." She groans.
Viola knelt by the dead servant, closing their eyes to show respect for the dead. Her eyes are trailing to the newspaper in the servants cold hand.
'The bastard killed him while he read the newspaper.' Viola thought to herself.
'Ramos... the Storm of the Marines."

Paradise-
Somewhere in the open sea a pirate ship sails the calm waters, on-board the ship is a rising pirate crew, already causing chaos in Paradise.
Nico Robin has her back to the ships railings, holding the newspaper from the News Coo.
Her usual calm demeanor has been broken by the front page of the paper. It's not often that you hear about the Emperor's loosing fights, not even Admirals dare to challenge them.
So imagine her shock when she learned the man who defeated the strongest creature was the same man who helped her escape with her mother.
Robin's eyes leave the page to observe her surroundings, most of the crew were absorbed in their own activities, so no one could see her emotional turmoil.
Before she even realises, a teardrop lands on the paper, her hands trembling lightly and a sob was creeping up her throat.
Memories of her homeland being decimated for studying world history that the World Government tried to hide.
"Ramos, will you kill me the next time we cross paths?" She chuckles through a sob.

[Flemish Island]
On a tropical island in the North Blue is a popular stop for sailors to shop for supplies and indulge in the Flemish people's diverse culture.
In the Island's capital, a bar is tucked in a corner, the sole business in that area, this place was segregated to keep pirates from the islanders and distract them from causing havoc with booze and beautiful women, but for some pirates this wasn't enough.
Seated in a corner booth, a pale-skinned muscular man with spiky red hair, goggles covering his forehead, a distinctly pointy nose and wearing flamboyant clothing.
Eustass "Captain " Kidd.
Bounty: 300 000 000 Berries.
Wanted: Dead or alive.
"Isn't this a shock? Kaido lost to a newbie Admiral –haha." Kidd chuckles, chugging down a bottle of rum.
Sitting opposite to him is a masked man with long blonde hair, wearing a open collar, polka dots black shirt, blue jeans and by his hands are hand-gaurds with detachable scythe blades.
"Massacre solider." Killer.
Bounty: 159 000 000 Berries.
Wanted: Dead or alive.
The masked man crosses his arms over his chest, silent throughout his Captain's musing.
A nearby table of rowdy pirates were fighting over the new of Kaido, curses flying and the table shaking at the fast movements.
The bartender tries to calm the group but it's to no effect.
A wicked grin spreads across Kidd's face, reaching for his dagger, concealed in his coat. "Don't worry Sir, I'll handle this~"
Footsteps came stomping towards the rowdy pirates, the one responsible for the loud steps is a purple-haired man with a scar across the bridge of his nose, wearing a leather coat over his shoulders, blank pants and matching boots.
Edward "Black vicious " Low.
Bounty: 450 000 000 Berries.
Wanted: Dead or alive.
One of the drunk pirates looked up at the approaching man, a cheeky grin on his face as he reaches for his blade.
"And who are you supposed to be?" He teases.
Edward stood a metre away from the pirates, the whole bar's attention was on them.
He chuckles, holding his sides.
"Oh–what am I going to do?" He hums.
"I'll show you. " Edward stretches out his hands, his limbs to a thick black liquid.
"What the?"
Edward shoots the black substance at the pirates, coiling it around them as it sticks on theirbodies. Screams muffled in the substance as Edward swings them around the bar, crashing into walls, tables and a few unlucky folks through the glass window.
The occupants erupted into to yells, some pirates pulling out their pistols to shoot at Edward, while the rest ran for their lives.
Edward's back opens up as two black tendrils move to the door, coating it with the substance.
"What is this, a pirate asked as he uses his blade to slash at the substance, his swords instantly gets stuck in the substance.
The pirate next to him starts coughing violently, "M-My lungs..."
Thud
"Aaahhhh!" Screams fill up the bar, complete chaos taking place.
Edward snickers, "There's no use, I ate the tāru-tāru no mi." Edward licks his lips, "I'm a tar-human."
"This is bad." Kidd grits his teeth.
Killer stands next to him in an offensive stance.
Edward turns to them, eyebrow raised,"Aren't you two brave? Let's see if you can live up to your bounties –hehe."

*Author's notes:
Ramos's codename Haiuma, means grey horse.
Edward Low is inspired by the real pirate.
Any guesses on what Ramos's devil fruit is?
