Keith knew that the entire group was waiting for him to explain the plan as the ancient being understood that they were all desperate to rescue her to which he somehow related despite the emotions and memories that were still confusing to him. After all, the similarities of the woman that he saw in his memories and to Eunji Jeong was oddly suspicious.
The name of the woman then Eunji's as Keith needed to get at the bottom of it. The raid to rescue Eunji may allow him to recover his sixth tail since the ones who had abducted her had means of restricting his prowess and existence which he believed that the only way to be able to do that was to use his own prowess against him.
"So, is everyone who wants to participate here?" Keith asked upon manifesting his body out of Rei's body to which surprised Keitaro, Ha-Eun and Jinah.
The ancient being looked around before sighing as he had read their heartbeat, confirming that they were all ready for what they were signing up for. "Good. Now, we'll go over the plan. The main priority is to rescue Eunji as soon as possible." Keith said before pausing as he continued to which dropped the atmosphere in the room, "Then the optional is securing my relic to which I believe is in the possession of Tengen Nagasaki."
Rinka shook her head in total disbelief before Keitaro spoke out, "Him? Of all people? How would the greatest sorcerer who is doing every good thing that Ethereal has wished for be committing things like this?" He asked before Jinwoo answered for Keith.
"And I thought I was the only one who was suspicious of the guy. He attended the academy for what I know since I was still a new transfer during the third year. Saw him do a couple of things that were borderline illegal acts but no one would believe me if I said that I saw the latter blackmailing a couple of females from other school just to get one of his companions laid or something." The black haired Korean male said as he scratched the back of his head, recalling the memory very clearly.
"There's no doubt that he could possibly be behind this. I mean– Fxck…" Jinwoo sighed before continuing, "It is no wonder why the headmaster is always rejecting any positions of people taking over the academy nor have any thoughts of handing the position to Tengen."
"Wait. Why is the position considered to be given to Tengen?" Rei asked while the rest agreed except for the orange brown haired girl.
"That's because Sho is Tengen's great grandfather." Rinka stated which made them all sighed except for Keith who was already running a simulation in his head. Five tails worth of power out of his full nine tails was enough to detect the presence of his relic that was still in Ethereal.
While the rest were still trying to process the information, Keith immediately had located his relic along with the signature that he had always left after finishing his session with Eunji. He was glad that the mark that he had always left with her is permanent rather than being temporary.
"Alright. I've found their location. Judging by the complexity of the building. I'd say it's built like an enormous shrine with chambers built hidden within obvious spots that people would ignore when visiting." Keith said to which brought all their attention as they started to pay attention to whatever the ancient being will discuss to them.
"Our vital points are Ha-Eun, Jinah and Rei. The three will focus on locating Eunji when entering the building with Ha-Eun's soul shockwave that will help with detection of targets and surroundings. Jinah's shadow summons, then Rei as the main all rounder."
The rest nodded their head except for Rinka and Keitaro along with Ha-Eun since they had no idea how would shockwave help with detecting targets when all they had known towards her prowess was to create resonance shockwaves that would leave others temporarily paralysed from the shock that's sent onto their soul depending on the output of Ha-Eun's attack.
"Oh right. I'll train you later for that. It's different from the shockwave technique that you are used to but we'll focus on that after discussion of the plan." Keith added to which made them all sweatdropped, getting used to the latter's knowledge and wisdom for figuring out one's prowess immediately along with how they implement it into basic innate techniques and other techniques of an awakener.
"The next thing is a diversion where we should distract them by making trouble. While it would be illegal to do this, there's no doubt that they'll try making an excuse to secure y'all to silence what happened to Eunji." Keith said before explaining the reason, "The Sasaki Clan had changed from what I've known back then. This clan is ruthless and power hungry rather than being humble and generous so there's no doubt that Tengen had made a deal to sell or give Eunji to them once he had finished what he wanted from her."
Rinka gritted her teeth, clenching her fist tightly before Keith continued, "And we'll use that as an advantage for the distraction. I'll assume that Tengen will execute whatever he has in mind in two or three days to which we'll do our things earlier than him either a day earlier in the early morning as possible."
The rest agreed before discussing further into the plan, "The diversion will consist of Jinwoo and Rinka who'll be requesting to investigate the place considering that the headmaster will give you guys the warrant for search with official documents and stamps without the knowledge of the corrupt authorities knowing it."
They were all baffled by the information but wondered why the headmaster had decided to trust Keith, although they wouldn't be able to get the answer since it could be a contract for that private talk that the two had.
"During the diversion, a team from the investigation unit that Keitaro and Sylvie's internship should be enough to execute the raid. The two will handle legal actions to arrest any suspicious activities." Keith stated to which Keitaro and Sylvie nodded their head, taking the information for their roles in the raid.
"Then another team will join in. It would be Jinwoo's team who would handle things if it gets out of hand. Lastly, my role is to be the whole back up plan if things go south." Keith exclaimed before letting out one last sentence for them to remember.
"However, if things do go south. Do not return to the academy. You'll be considered as vigilantes that should be hunted down and be executed if those old laws still exist for their own benefits."
His words had dropped the bomb which made them all tense and uncomfortable. While they were eager to rescue Eunji and to at least expose the things that Tengen had done, it was no doubt for his statement to be false if Jinwoo himself had stated about the odd behaviours that he had witnessed from before.
"Either way. Since this could end your career, I have to know if you are all willing to participate. Unless, you are having doubts with the success. I can't guarantee success with us being unharmed but all I can say is that we'll be able to rescue Eunji asides from the relic. After all, her safety is what you all desire." Keith stated to which made them have second thoughts but they all recollected themselves before going forward, showing their resolve to continue with the raid that they'll execute.
"Alright then. Training will start in 30 minutes. Take everything you need for the training and I'll be here to adjust what suits you rather than choosing it yourself. This is no child's game. You attended Kamigami Academy for a reason and I'll make sure that your worth is Kamigami Academy's pride, joy and strength." Keith said with a surprising manner of giving them motivation.
"Now then, go and prepare for the training that I'll conduct with all of you." The ancient being said before a spiritual energy in the hue of golden yellow sprouted out of his back before it manifested and transformed into him. "Since we need to be efficient, I'll be training every single one of you at once."
The Kamigami Academy current and former students were surprised at the efficiency of executing a clone technique while Sylvie and Rei were eager to learn more despite the status of the 'Fallen' being evil from what the current history had described him to be.
Meanwhile, Haru and Neon were having the time of their life upon hearing the news from Tengen that he'll execute the plan in three days. If things went smoothly, then Rei Nishimura would be executed for the treachery for committing such act against one of the strongest in Ethereal by brainwashing some of the students that are highly proud from the public's opinion such as Eunji Jeong and Rinka Yamashita along with Ha-Eun and Sylvie.
Then the current headmaster will be removed from the position which will allow Neon and Eunji's arranged marriage to continue without any protest while Tengen will have the position of the Kamigami Academy and rule it to be the former powerhouse and glory before Eunji and Rinka changed its hierarchy with their morals that was also influenced by Rei's arrival.
"Nice. Two birds and one stone." Haru commented as Neon also chuckled, the green haired male who had lost his hand and now replaced with an artificial one that appeared to be a combination of a twisted experiment is thinking of ways to put Eunji in a shameful position while having his way with her.
However, the pair didn't know that a pair of golden yellow eyes were watching them in the shadows…
Only time would tell who'll be the victor…
