From ancient times to the present, there have always been those who gain fame and longevity, the saying of immortals becoming so by receiving the Talisman.
The Dragon Court continues this tradition, regardless of the Azure Talisman, Purple Talisman, or the most revered Gold Talisman.
All who serve as Daoist Officials, upon receiving a Talisman from the Court, abandon their given names and surnames, being known only by their Daoist titles.
