After getting off the taxi, Evelyn walked straight along the road of Southwood, as Caden Lockwood had mentioned over the phone that if she kept going forward, she would see him.
Evelyn had been to Southwood once before, and back then, it didn't seem to have so many lights.
But now, there were a lot more lights of various styles around here, especially, with each step she took forward, the lights became even brighter.
Turning back, she looked at the road she had walked down; the rows of lights were like two long rainbows, incredibly beautiful.
Evelyn blinked and continued walking forward.
The lights in front of her eyes grew brighter and more beautiful, as if this place was hosting a lantern festival.
As Evelyn walked inside alone, she wondered why such a beautiful scene would be appreciated only by her.
Even though this was the suburbs and there were fewer people, it shouldn't be that she's the only one here!
Evelyn's heart was in her throat.
