Aiden Hayes immediately raised his hand, indicating that he wouldn't mess around.
But there was still a wicked smile at the corner of his mouth, making it look like he wasn't very reliable.
Bella Acker pushed open the office door, walked in, and said, "Ms. Young, I've ordered hotpot, let's eat together for lunch."
Cynthia Young looked up and, upon seeing Aiden Hayes behind Bella, raised her eyebrow slightly without showing any emotion, then turned her gaze away and said to Bella, "I've already arranged lunch with Director Simons at noon. He knows you're back and insisted you should join us."
"Director Simons?" Bella was taken aback, not expecting Cynthia to have already scheduled a lunch with him.
"Yes. He's planning to shoot an art film that's aimed for awards rather than box office success, and he wants to know if you're interested," Cynthia said. "You need to build your credentials right now, so this is an opportunity you can't miss."
"Alright, I'll go with you at noon."
