Judy Zimmerman drove Bella Acker back to her apartment, and Bella collapsed onto the sofa, sleeping until the next day.
In the morning, the phone rang. Bella frowned and waited a moment before opening her eyes and picking up the phone, "Hello?"
"Bella, did I disturb your sleep?" Aunt Rhodes's voice came from the other end of the line.
"No." Bella rubbed her aching head and said, "Aunt Rhodes, what's up?"
"I just wanted to ask if your injuries have healed?"
Bella poured herself a cup of hot water, "They're all healed."
"Oh, that's good." Aunt Rhodes paused before saying, "Bella, Bonnie has been fussing about wanting to see you. When do you have time to meet up for a meal and some tea?"
"Lately, my work schedule has been pretty tight, so it might not be possible." Bella thought for a second and said, "After I finish filming a variety show, I should have a day or two off. I'll give you a call then."
