In the North Suburb of Ancient City, there's a rather low-key private dining restaurant.
Tian Xin and the deputy general manager of the Rumeng subsidiary are discussing the matter of "On the Water" moving in.
This private dining restaurant has a serene environment, and most importantly, it's highly private with few disturbances.
The deputy has the last name Liu, in his forties, and already has the signs of middle-aged weight gain. From a distance, he somewhat resembles Li Baiwan, same big belly, same amiable demeanor, with no sign of a leadership's aura when talking.
Seeing the dishes served, Tian Xin thoughtfully raised her wine glass as she initiated a toast.
"President Liu, we're both from Ancient City, so let's say we're kind of hometown folks. I'll toast you first, but if something I say later is not to your liking, please bear with it and give the younger generation a chance to grow!"
"What are you talking about?"
