She froze for a moment, then looked at the men, "The Phoenix and Dragon eggs have hatched, I need to go in and check on them."
Without waiting for their responses, she flashed into the space.
Leaving behind a group of stunned men.
Immediately, all their eyes shifted to Soren Phoenix and Mael Valerius.
"What? My precious egg hatched?"
Soren finally reacted, his peach blossom eyes full of joy. He was just about to follow her in to see his prized egg, when he realized Luna was already gone.
He instantly stomped his foot anxiously, snapping his fire-red feather fan closed with a slap, "Luna runs really fast."
Mael Valerius lowered his eyes, the dark gold in them swirling with light, and unconsciously rubbed his fingertips together.
His mind was quietly pondering.
I wonder what will come out of the egg, how will its aptitude be, male or female?
Probably a male cub...
