Soren Phoenix's face changed in an instant. He spun around with a swish, flustered, reaching back to tug at his own feather robe. "Where? Where's bird shit? Which damned bird dared to crap on this Clan Leader?"
Realizing there was nothing there, he immediately understood Luna was messing with him.
He was just about to find that brat and settle the score.
But found that there was no one nearby at all.
He froze on the spot, showing the same baffled look as Zeke Veridian.
Zeke and Soren exchanged glances, both seeing confusion in each other's eyes.
"Did you just hear Luna's voice?"
The two of them spoke at the same time.
After they finished, the pair were stunned again.
Clearly, they'd both heard Luna Sutton's voice, but only heard her without any sign of her in sight.
They couldn't make sense of what was going on at all.
