Jago took a couple of heavy breaths, knowing the urgency, and spoke rapidly: "I'm not very clear on the specifics, it just suddenly happened—a lot of beastmen started vomiting and having diarrhea, fevers, and red rashes appeared all over their bodies. Looks pretty terrifying."
He remembered something and quickly added, "I heard Master Mason is also vomiting non-stop, huge patches of red rashes, and a high fever. The leader called the witch doctor and priest over in the middle of the night."
Luna Sutton's face changed drastically. This sounded too much like some kind of plague, or a viral outbreak.
She was from the post-apocalyptic era, absolutely detesting viruses, and deeply aware of their dangers.
Even worse, her brother was infected as well.
Thinking of her father and brother living in the same room, eating and staying together, her expression grew even darker.
"What about my father? Is he alright?"
Her gaze locked onto Jago, and she asked anxiously.
