Luna stood in the courtyard, motionless for a long time.
Corbin Crowley draped a cloak over her and wrapped his arms around her from behind, "He'll be fine. The wind's strong out here, let's go inside."
"Mm."
She nodded gently, then turned to enter the house.
Just as she reached the doorway, she seemed to remember something and said to him, "Go to Soren Phoenix's room and bring the phoenix eggs and dragon eggs to my room. I want to nourish them with my Wood Element Ability."
Corbin turned his head and agreed. Soon, he came back carrying two woven vine nests, each lined with thick, soft beast pelts. One held three phoenix eggs, jade-white tinged with red, with a faint crimson glow visible inside.
The other held two dragon eggs. The dragon eggs were much larger than the phoenix eggs, their surfaces etched with dragon patterns, exuding a subtle draconic aura.
They lay there quietly and securely.
