The Golden Silkworm King struggled to swallow the mulberry leaf in its mouth, then wobbled its round, plump body.
"You ignorant bunch, a Golden Silkworm King always eats its food slowly and thoroughly, you get that?"
It lazily crawled out from the pile of mulberry leaves, then made its way to Luna Sutton.
"Seeing as you've served me with such devotion and sincerity, I'll begrudgingly grant you a body immune to all poisons."
Luna raised an eyebrow. "How exactly are you going to grant that?"
The Golden Silkworm King didn't answer. Suddenly, it spat out a shiny golden bead with a soft "pop."
"Swallow it."
The Golden Silkworm King used its tail to nudge the bead toward Luna's direction. "It'll make you immune to all poisons, even the Red Flame Sand, the deadliest toxin of the Centipede Clan, can't harm you."
She froze for a second, looking confused: Centipede Clan? What kind of clan is that? Why's the name so weird?
