The merger case has entered its final stage.
As the chief legal representative of Luminar Technologies, Serena Stanton must attend the antitrust review hearing.
A week before the hearing, at 8 PM, there was an internal moot court at the law firm.
Serena Stanton led the team in the third mock hearing, with Logan Lynn playing the examiner, asking increasingly tricky questions.
"Lawyer Stanton, you claim that the merger won't substantially reduce competition, based on plans to divest the Kaelan Factory. However, according to the data we have, the factory's battery pack production only accounts for 11.9% of the Cohen Group's output. Can this proportion truly offset the increase in market concentration?"
Upon hearing the question, Serena Stanton's expression remained unchanged, seemingly not ready to answer.
Only Luna Quinn, seated in the observation seat, gestured: "Stop."
Upon hearing this, everyone turned to look at her.
