May 10th, Chang'an City, Duke Wu's Mansion.
Chang'an City has four major gardens: the Lion Forest of An Guo Temple, the Qinghui Garden of the Imperial Palace, the Canglang Pavilion of the Duke Jin's Mansion, and the Zhuozheng Garden of the Duke Wu's Mansion. Whether majestically grand and richly colored, or tranquil amidst the urban hustle, each is a treasure that takes decades and cost countless gold and silver to create. In Duke Wu's Mansion, whether master or servant, people love to relax in the Zhuozheng Garden during their leisure time.
But since five days ago, the Zhuozheng Garden has been completely closed, with no one allowed to enter. People in the mansion thought it was for a major renovation, never suspecting that a Bodhisattva of the Helan Family had moved in just over the wall, nor that their usual place was now the Bodhisattva's playground.
