Noticing the arrival of outsiders, Meredith paused her demonstration, glanced at the members of the Giant Blade Squad, and then looked at Raine inquiringly, as if asking, 'Are they friends?'
Raine nodded and smiled at Schneider and his group, saying, "Please, come in."
Soon, the members of the Giant Blade Squad were ushered into the house, and everyone gathered in the living room, with a solid wood coffee table in the center.
Compared to before, Raine could sense that the members of the Giant Blade Squad including Schneider occasionally glanced at Meredith, and they seemed somewhat reserved.
"Mr. Rein, do you remember the time when we teamed up to kill the Mutated Ice Spirit with your help?" Schneider spoke, having calmed the shock in his heart.
"Of course, Captain Schneider. Are you targeting the Ice Spirit again for this mission?" Upon hearing Schneider's question, Raine immediately thought of it and asked with interest.
