Linda went back up to her room with a small customized bowl of the Rich Soup and the silver Prince beast curled up around her waist and arm.
Her free fingers moved slowly along the creature's scaled back, absentminded, grounding herself in its warmth.

She opened door opened, and wasn't surprised when she saw both Arturo and Jak waiting for her inside her room.
