While in the basement, Ethan stood in front of four black, watch-like objects. They were talismans—not the medallion like form shown in movie—but he had redesigned them into simple wristwatches that could be worn on the arm.

"Now… the final step," Ethan muttered.

He slid four containment boxes into position before him. At the moment, these talisman watches were nothing more than ordinary transmission circuits. To function properly, they needed to be harmonized with a higher-order dimensional passage so they could safely channel the force of a higher dimension.

Ethan activated the setup.

Translucent vibranium-reinforced alloy boxes locked into place at four fixed points, forming a precise square. At the center of it all rested the Tesseract Cube.

Ethan switched it on, his expression calm as energy from the cube began to flow outward, splitting evenly into the four boxes. Each one started to resonate, stabilizing its base structure.

He adjusted the phase amplifiers, fine-tuning them until all four aligned to the same perfect frequency—one that matched the energy signature of the fourth dimension.

A low hum filled the air.

The boxes vibrated briefly… then settled.

No distortion. No instability.

Everything was perfectly synchronized.

Ethan glanced at the timer and allowed himself a faint smile.

"Everything's going fine. Using the Tesseract Cube was really the perfect idea."

The energy output remained constant, smooth, and controlled—without even the slightest fluctuation.

An hour passed in complete silence.

The low hum never wavered. The Tesseract's glow remained steady, its energy cycling cleanly through the containment boxes and back again. No alarms. No instability.

Finally, the system chimed.

[Synchronization Complete]

Ethan exhaled slowly.

"It's done."

He stepped forward and opened the nearest containment box. Inside rested one of the black wristwatch talismans, its surface smooth and unremarkable—no glow, no dramatic design. Just quiet precision.

Ethan picked it up and fastened it around his wrist.

The moment it locked into place, his body reacted.

A rush.

Not explosive—but deep. Dense. Controlled.

It felt as if an invisible framework had wrapped around his muscles, bones, and nervous system, reinforcing everything at once. His heartbeat steadied instead of racing. His breathing deepened.

It was like a rush of high adrenaline pumped through him in high amount making all his senses explode at once.

Ethan clenched his fist.

The air around his hand compressed slightly, a subtle distortion forming and vanishing in an instant. The reinforced floor beneath his feet groaned softly before stabilizing.

"…God," he breathed, eyes widening.

"It's working."

Ethan smiled, then pressed a small button on the side of the watch. Instantly, the force channeling stopped. The pressure vanished, and his body returned to normal within a second.

"The safety button is working too," Ethan said with satisfaction.

He removed the watch and stored all four talismans inside his system inventory.

"Good."

His gaze shifted back to the Tesseract Cube, floating calmly within the containment field.

"Since I still have some time…"

A grin slowly spread across his face.

"…let's see what else I can do with you."

Without wasting another second, Ethan began working again—this time without any hesitation.

Instead of drawing power directly, he reconfigured the array.

The vibranium alloy panels shifted, unfolding into layered rings that surrounded the Tesseract like an artificial halo. Energy conduits extended outward, forming sealed reservoirs—each one etched with complex stabilizing patterns.

Ethan's fingers moved quickly across the console.

"Direct usage is inefficient," he muttered. "And risky."

The Tesseract responded immediately.

A steady stream of cosmic energy flowed outward, but instead of dispersing, it was compressed—folded inward again and again, condensed into dense, stable packets.

One storage core lit up.

Then another.

Then a third.

"Time to store as much energy as I can from it," Ethan muttered.

One by one, the storage units began to fill.

What were originally dull white, bead-like energy cores slowly started to glow blue as cosmic energy was compressed and sealed inside them. Each bead pulsed softly, like a captured star—stable, contained, and humming with unimaginable power.

Ethan watched the process with sharp focus.

Soon, an entire day passed as he stored over one thousand cosmic energy storage units.

Ring—

Ethan glanced at his phone. Hawkeye's name flashed on the screen.

"Look at this guy," Ethan muttered. "Calling me exactly one minute after the twenty-four-hour limit."

He rolled his eyes, then answered anyway.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm done. Coming up."

Ethan shut everything down, sealed the remaining energy systems, and carefully placed the Tesseract Cube back into its containment case. Once everything was secured, he headed upstairs.

When he reached the hall, Hawkeye was already waiting.

Ethan set the case down in front of him.

"Here."

Hawkeye looked at the case, then back at Ethan.

"You done?"

Ethan nodded.

Hawkeye hesitated for a moment.

"So… are you gonna show me what you made?"

Ethan glanced at him, expression unreadable.

"What do you think?"

Hawkeye snorted.

"Yeah. Didn't think so."

He stood up, gripping the case.

"See you around."

As Hawkeye turned to leave, Ethan's gaze shifted to Storm.

"Go with him," Ethan said calmly.

"I'm pretty sure there'll be an ambush waiting for him."

Storm raised an eyebrow but nodded, then went after Hawkeye.

As he moved, Storm's white suit activated. Sleek panels slid and shifted across his body, seamlessly covering him from head to toe. A moment later, the suit shimmered—and vanished from sight.

Invisible.

It was the same advanced stealth technology Ethan had integrated into all his elite combat suits.

Storm launched upward in silence, rising high into the sky. From above, he locked onto Hawkeye's vehicle and began trailing it from a distance, matching its speed perfectly while remaining completely undetected.

Below, the car cut through the road, unaware that a silent guardian now watched from the air.

Ethan watched them leave and smiled faintly.

"This is the perfect opportunity for HYDRA to try to take the Tesseract Cube," he muttered.

He leaned back against his comfy sofa, tablet resting casually in his hand.

"I'm actually looking forward to seeing how many they'll send," Ethan continued calmly. "After all… against an empowered Storm, only the Hulk could realistically defeat him."

His smile widened just a little as his eyes flicked across the data streaming on the screen.
