Night fell.
Drake lay back on a wooden chair.
Yahiko and Nagato had laid simple bedding on the ground in the courtyard.
Konan sat nearby, quietly staring at the night sky.

Yahiko's loud snoring echoed.
Nagato scratched his back and turned over.
"Are you asleep?" Konan asked softly, turning toward Drake.
"Call me Lord Hokage," Drake replied, opening his eyes with annoyance.
He had already arranged accommodations for the three of them—
But they refused.
According to Yahiko, they were used to living in caves. Sleeping in a courtyard was already a luxury.
Footsteps approached.
Konan walked over and crouched beside the chair.
"Something you need?" Drake frowned.
He hated being disturbed while sleeping.
Especially after just falling asleep—
First, the snoring.
Now, this.
"Lord Hokage… do you have a girlfriend?" Konan asked softly.
"Yes."
Drake answered casually.
"Oh… then can I be your girlfriend?"

"I want to use my body to ask you for a favor," Konan said, her voice pleading.
"Say the request first," Drake said, sitting up.
Konan immediately stood—

"Can you… let our companions join Konoha as well?" she asked.
"Sure."
Drake nodded without hesitation.

She bowed deeply, her worries gone.
"Done? Then let me sleep."
Drake waved her off.

Konan nodded.
Unexpected Visit
Drake fell asleep.
Not long after—
He woke up again.
Something soft was pressing against his back.
He turned over.
"You?"
"Ah…"
Konan was lying beside him.
"Why are you here?"
"I want to repay you," she said softly.
"You usually repay people like this?"
"No! This is my first time!" she said quickly.
Then her expression dimmed.
"I don't have anything else to offer… only myself."
Drake looked at her thoughtfully.
"You're quite clever."
Sleeping with the Hokage—
Meant gaining protection, status, and security instantly.
Her reasoning was obvious.
But—
Drake didn't mind.
In fact—
He liked it.
He pulled her into his arms.
"I like girls with curves," Drake said calmly near her ear.
Konan's body trembled slightly.
"Let's go. I'll take you somewhere better."
With that—
They vanished.
Yahiko and Nagato's Decision
In the courtyard—
Yahiko and Nagato opened their eyes.
Their expressions were complicated.
"Yahiko… was this really the right choice?" Nagato asked quietly.
"We didn't have a choice," Yahiko replied.
"Only if Konan stays with Drake… can we secure our place in Konoha."
His voice carried both pain and determination.
He liked Konan.
But—
He chose to let go.
"For her sake… and for everyone else."
Nagato sighed.
"From now on… we should keep our distance from her."
"I understand," Yahiko nodded.
He clenched his fists.
"From today onward… we have backing."
"…Yes," Nagato murmured.
"She's now… the Hokage's woman."
The Bathhouse
At the bathhouse—
Mist filled the air.
Soft lights glowed among decorative flowers.
"Wow… it's beautiful," Konan whispered in amazement.
Then her expression changed.
"Hey—what are you doing?!"
"What do you think?" Drake replied.
His hands didn't stop.
Moments later—
They disappeared deeper into the mist.
The Next Morning
At dawn—
Yahiko sat silently, having not slept all night.
Nagato stayed awake as well.
Drake and Konan had not returned.
"…Sigh," Nagato finally spoke.
"From now on… we should keep some distance from her."
"I know," Yahiko nodded.
He shook his head, clearing his thoughts.
"We're not alone anymore."
Back at the Bathhouse

Drake sat up from the bed.
He glanced at the sleeping Konan.
