Xing Luoye's sharp gaze immediately scanned the unconscious figure of Xing Luoguang.
A moment later, he noticed the change.
The dark veins that had been spreading across Luoguang's neck and arms earlier were no longer growing darker. The black color had stopped spreading, and some of the veins were even slowly fading.
Most importantly, Luoguang's face no longer looked as lifeless as before.
The frightening darkness that had covered his skin had lightened slightly.
Xing Luoye finally released a slow breath he didn't realize he had been holding.
Beside him, Yue Yue's eyes were already shining with hope. She quickly stepped forward and rushed to the side of the bed.
Without hesitation, she gently grabbed Luoguang's cold hand and held it tightly between her own.
"Did it really work?" she asked anxiously.
"Will he wake up?"
The doctors exchanged quick glances before one of them smiled reassuringly.
"Yes, Princess," the physician replied respectfully.
