Gianna and Noah broke apart instantly. Standing at the end of the corridor was Mason, his face a cool, unreadable mask, though his eyes burned with suppressed fury.
"Grandfather is calling for you in the main lounge, Noah," Mason said flatly, his hands buried deep in his suit pockets. "Right now."
Noah frowned, his grip on Gianna's hand tightening as he took her arm to lead her along. "Alright, let's go—"
"The directive was for you alone, cousin," Mason interrupted coldly, stepping into their path. "Isaac specifically wants to review the private contracts for the engagement release. Just you. Mr. Thorne is also waiting…"
