She peeped quietly at him from a distance. Xueyao had been here a thousand times since their strange parting. Hiding and quietly watching him from behind this rocky wall.
She wanted to know if he was okay and what he meant by that. She wanted to know what happened to him that night. He appeared so strange, almost scary she was yet to find peace.
He had been here in isolation, ever since he left them from their visit to the Special Cave Of Wonders. Sitting stiffly on that awkwardly posed tree very close to the edge of this mountian.
Xueyao moved closer, partly resting on the wall and all she did was stare. Taking note as the breeze will gently ruffle his long, midnight streaks. His strange meditative pose since that first night she found him here after returning and how hard he was trying to return to sleep.
That deep, eternal slumber she once disrupted accidentally.
