That was the banquet announcing our legion's victory, proof that our legion survived another day.
Of course, there were different meanings to the eating and drinking for different people, but our legion was free enough to enjoy even that.

The cockatrices processed by Galahad and Shax became chicken soup and our legion's daily bread. And their corpses remained on basement floor 1 in a more intact state than expected.
Thanks to that, we could very easily prepare food for the festival. Though the harpies and Andras were also birds, they inhaled the cockatrice soup like they were possessed, as if it didn't matter as long as they weren't the same species.
