Chapter 463 - Chapter 463 Memories of Nobody

"What do you mean, what do I think?"

Rukia was confused by Sora's question.

"What I mean is, what do you think about that girl, and about Kurosaki Ichigo as he is now?" Sora said.

"Well..." Rukia looked at the two figures ahead, pondering.

"As for Kurosaki Ichigo, I don't know who is still letting him perform Shinigami duties. Shouldn't they find someone to replace him immediately?"

"I'll look into it properly when we get back. Find out where the Shinigami stationed in Karakura Town went."

Rukia said, looking at Ichigo.

Her attitude towards Ichigo was relatively normal.

Then, Rukia looked at Senna. As she looked at Senna, Rukia became very puzzled.

"Who is this girl?" Rukia looked at Senna, confused. "She says she's a Shinigami stationed here, but I know everyone in the 13th Division. I've never seen her before!"

Rukia was utterly baffled. "But her Reiatsu is unmistakably that of a Shinigami. What's going on?"

Rukia was very confused. "Could it be that the division recently recruited new members? That's possible, because Sentaro and the others are now helping the Captain... oh, I mean the Captain-Commander."

"So it's normal that the new recruit information wasn't coordinated with me."

"Ugh, so many things!" Rukia, newly appointed as captain, was quite frustrated.

She was still too young.

As she spoke, Rukia also glanced secretly at Sora.

Needless to say, she had spent most of her time with Sora, so much so that Ukitake had specifically asked Sasakibe to handle her division's paperwork. It was really embarrassing.

The problem was, she really couldn't leave Sora's side. Sometimes Rukia wondered if she was lucky or unlucky.

But since she owed everything to Sora, Rukia quickly pushed those improper thoughts aside.

Rukia looked at Sora: "I don't really have much analysis. What about you?"

"Me?"

"Heh..." Looking at Rukia, Sora shook his head helplessly.

He reached out and tapped Rukia's little head. "I told you to look at the person, not their identity!"

"Look at the person closely!" Sora's tone carried a hint of reprimand.

"Hmm, the person!!?" Hearing Sora's words, Rukia became serious.

She first looked at Ichigo and found nothing unusual.

Then Rukia looked at Senna.

And upon looking, she indeed found something wrong!

"She... no, it!" Looking at Senna, Rukia was very shocked. "Is it really a person?"

"Of course it's a person!" Sora answered this question very clearly.

"It can cry, it can laugh, it has its own thoughts, its own pursuits. Although some of those are forced upon it, those feelings are undoubtedly real."

"It is composed of countless people, so of course it is also one of those countless people."

"Of course, it is also not a person. It is an aggregation of memories, a Shinenju, and also the main culprit behind this impending connection between the Living World and Soul Society."

Recalling the plot of Memories of Nobody, Sora felt a bit emotional.

Hearing his words, Rukia understood. "So it's her!"

"But how did the Shinenju end up like this?" Rukia was very surprised.

Sora shrugged. "You're asking me, how should I know?"

"But I'd venture a guess: it was man-made!"

"I see, man-made, was it?" Completely missing Sora's 'venture a guess' part, Rukia directly accepted the answer.

"Hey, you're being too much of a freeloader..." Seeing Rukia's expression, Sora was somewhat exasperated.

"Uh... I guess so," Rukia's face flushed slightly, a bit embarrassed.

She was indeed being a freeloader, but what could she do? Sora was just too capable.

Most of his guesses turned out to be true, so Rukia had no choice but to take them seriously.

Moreover, she knew that if she acted cute, Sora wouldn't mind.

Sticking out her tongue at Sora, Rukia said, "Eheh!"

Seeing Rukia being playful, Sora showed a helpless smile.

This wasn't the time for 'eheh te nandayo'. (T/N: Usually done after someone acting cute with an 'Eheh', which means 'what do you mean by eheh?')

After her cute act, Rukia picked up her communicator again and reported their findings and Sora's speculation to Soul Society.

"Oh, so that's how it is..."

Hearing Sora's speculation relayed by Rukia, Ukitake fell into deep thought.

After a while, he came back to himself.

Looking at the two in the video call, Ukitake turned to Sora: "My lord, what are your thoughts? What arrangements do you have for that Shinenju?"

"If you have plans, I won't interfere."

Ukitake was very perceptive.

Seeing him like this, Sora was quite satisfied.

"I do have plans," Sora nodded.
