"Alright, you seem to be perfectly fine," the doctor said, clasping his hand after finishing his last physical examination on Eugene. "I mean, except for those bruises."
Arthur lowered his head and bit his lip. "I'm sorry..."
"They don't hurt, baby, don't worry," Eugene chuckled, patted his apologetic and embarrassed bear—which only made said bear feel more apologetic and hugged him from behind remorsefully.
Arthur pressed his face on Eugene's shoulder, mumbling almost pitifully. "Sorry..."
The doctor chuckled at this newly wedded and newly bonded couple. "No worries, Mr. Arthur; it's actually quite common among newlyweds."
The couple raised their brows. "It is?"
"I heard it's hard to hold back, and it's a fun time to try all kinds of...stuff," the doctor said, shrugging his single-life shoulders. "But what do I know? As long as your partner allows it, I have no reason to butt in."
