"Here--I compiled the top five I could find so far," Arthur placed the document he just printed in front of Eugene. "Three are from the complex where your friend lives. The other two are from the same developer, but in a different location. A bit further away, past the highway, but also cheaper."
Eugene looked at the pile of papers in front of him. At the top, he could see the first house's front facade and basic details like size, price, and a thumbnail-sized floor plan. The bigger floor plan was on the next page, along with more detailed explanations and three-sided facades.
At the very end, where the price was listed, and the mortgage plan sheet was presented, Arthur had also made some scribbles--highlighting the realtor prices, writing the additional fee that would occur, and the predicted tax for the aftermath.
"When did you do all of this?" Eugene blinked.
